You may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason in accordance with the provisions of Art. § 7 et seq. Act no. 102/2014 Z.z. on consumer protection in distance selling, within 14 days of receipt of goods. This must be undamaged, unused and with a tag.
In the package we will pack together with the goods also the Contract for withdrawal. In the Form you will find instructions on how to proceed in case of returning the goods. It is up to you whether you choose a refund or wish to exchange the goods for another. We will refund your money (no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods) or send you other goods without undue delay. If you paid by credit card online, we will refund your credit card.
Unfortunately, since we want our prices to be among the lowest in the market, we do not provide a return assistance service or reimbursement for shipping or order refunds. Please note that the responsibility for returning the goods lies with our customers, so make sure that the goods you return are properly packed and shipped to the correct address.
